Is this medical advice?
No. The Home Detox Assessment is for lifestyle and home environment optimization only, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, OB/GYN, or registered dietitian. If mold remediation, lead testing, or asbestos abatement is indicated, you should work with a licensed professional in your state.
What's the difference between Foundation and Signature?
Foundation is fully digital — you complete an intake and you receive a custom report alongside a personalized 10–15 minute video walkthrough of your findings. Email Q&A is included after delivery. Signature adds a 60-minute 1:1 live consult after intake, and a 30-day follow-up call. For Flathead Valley residents, the Signature consult can be done in-person at no extra charge. Choose Signature if you want hands-on guidance or if there's a specific concern that benefits from a real conversation.
How long does the whole process take?
Foundation packages will be completed within one business week of receiving the intake form. For Signature packages, plan on meeting at least one week from the intake form being submitted. After our 1:1 consultation, we will plan to meet again roughly 30 days later to check in on your progress.
I'm pregnant or trying to conceive — is this safe?
Yes. The Home Detox Assessment is designed with preconception, pregnancy, and infant exposures in mind, and is focused on environmental and product swaps — not supplements or medical interventions. Any pregnancy-related decisions should still be discussed with your OB/GYN or midwife.
Do I need to live in a specific area?
No. Sessions are conducted via video call, custom reports are digital, and test kits ship anywhere in the continental US. If you’re in the Flathead Valley, in-person visits are also available — included with Signature, $250 add-on with Foundation.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — If your custom report doesn’t surface at least 3 high-priority recommendations specific to your home or lifestyle, or if you’re not completely satisfied with the work, a full refund is offered, less the cost of any test kits. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of report delivery.
Can I bundle Home Detox and Life Optimized together?
Yes. The Home & Life bundle includes both Signature packages — both reports, lab test, and a single integrated 90-minute consult covering both — for $2,997 (saves $997 vs buying both Signatures separately).
